BlackBerry announced the BlackBerry Z3, the company’s latest affordable full-touch smartphone made by Foxconn at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. It already announced that the phone would be available in Indonesia from April. It is now on pre-order from carriers Indosat and XL in the country. BlackBerry has also detailed the specifications of the smartphone.

The BlackBerry Z3 smartphone is now available for pre-order through carriers in Indonesia at IDR 2,199,000 (Rs. 11,500 approx). It would launch officially in Jakarta on May 13th. No word on global roll out yet.
BlackBerry would sell a limited edition BlackBerry Z3 Jakarta Edition with inscription “Jakarta” on the back of the smartphone for Indosat and XL customers for a limited period to commemorate the launch of the first BlackBerry smartphone built specifically for the Indonesia market.
