Motorola is on a mission to update its smartphone with the latest Android version. Earlier this week, the company rolled out Android 5.0 Lollipop soak test to Moto X (2014) and now it is doing the same for Moto G (2nd Gen).
Motorola has started rolling out the soak test form Moto G (2nd Gen) as well.Several users have reported receiving the update already and Motorola has also published the full release notes on its website. As expected the Android update brings all the Lollipop feature to the new Moto G.
The change-log includes the new features and improvements introduced in Lollipop like material design, smart lock, performance enhancements, better security, guest account support, improved notifications as well as updated version of Motorola Assist. With the help of soak test, Motorola will gather feedback from users in case of bugs and once the software is ready, it will roll out to general public.
