Lenovo announced the ideapad MIIX 300 at MWC 2015 today along with the Tab 2 A10-70 and Tab 2 A8. The ideapad MIIX 300 is an upgrade to the MIIX lineup. We went hands on with the tablet at the event and here is a quick look at the hardware of the device.
The ideapad MIIX 300 sports a 8-inch (800 x 1280 pixels) multi-touch IPS display and is powered by a quad-core Intel Bay Trail T CR processor. Running on Windows 8.1 with Bing it has 2 GB RAM, up to 64GB of internal storage, expandable up to 32GB with micro-SD slot. It has a 2MP front facing camera and Lenovo branding at the front.
There is a micro SD card slot present on the left side.
Power and volume rockers present on the right side.
The micro USB port and 3.5mm audio jack is present on the top.
There are no buttons at the bottom. It is 9.3mm thick and weighs 360 grams.

The Lenovo ideapad MIIX 300 has a two tone smooth finish with aluminium panel at the back. and the loudspeaker is seen at the bottom end. The tablet offers 7 hours of battery life and supports connectivity options like WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0. The Lenovo ideapad MIIX 300 comes in Platinum Silver color and starts at just $149 (Rs. 9,180 approx.). It will roll starting from July.
