Acer announced the Liquid jade Z at MWC 2015. The phone is the successor of the last year’s Liquid Jade. We went hands on with the phone at the event and now lets take a look at the specs and hardware of the phone.

Acer Liquid Z sports a 5-inch HD IPS display based on Zero Air Gap technology with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and is powered by 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6732. Running Android 4.4 KitKat, it has 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, expandable memory with microSD.
The phone has a 5MP front facing camera at the front.
The volume rockers are present on the right side.
The micro SIM card slot is present on the left side.
The micro USB port is present at the bottom along with the speaker. The phone measures 7.9mm thick and weighs 120 grams.
The 3.5mm audio jack is present on the top with a microphone and power button.
The Jade Z has a 13MP auto focus rear camera with LED Flash, f/1.8 aperture, 1080p HD video recording. The Acer branding is seen at the center and loudspekar grill at the lower end. It has a 2300mAh battery and supports connectivity options like 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS. The Acer Liquid Jade Z comes in black and white colors and is priced at 199 Euros (US$ 220 / Rs. 13,730 approx.) It would roll out in EMEA starting from this March.
