Lava has launched Iris X1 Atom, latest smartphone in the Iris X1 series. This budget smartphone has a 4-inch WVGA screen, is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat), which is upgradable to Android 5.0 (Lollipop) in future. It has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, PureCel sensor and a VGA front-facing camera. It has the same design as other Iris X1 series smartphones, comes with dual SIM support and 3G connectivity.
It has Smart Swipe, a 4 way gesture/shortcut, Smart View that lets you use two fingers to rotate the images in gallery), Double Tap to Wake up, Active Shot to click photograph in one click and more.
