The Galaxy S6 has a Quad HD (2560×1440 pixels) 577 PPI Super AMOLED display. It has a 5-megapixel camera on the front, fingerprint sensor on the home button and is powered by an Octa-Core ( Quad 2.1GHz + Quad 1.5GHz) Exynos processor with 3GB of RAM. It has 4G LTE connectivity that includes LTE bands for India. It runs on Android 5.0.2 (Lollipop) out of the box.
It has a metal frame and the back is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass protection, similar to the front. On the back there is a 16MP camera with LED Flash and optical image stabilization (OIS). It has a 2,550mAh built-in battery, slightly smaller than the 2,600mAh battery on the S6 Edge.
The Galaxy S6 smartphone comes in 64GB and 128GB variants as well, similar to the S6 Edge that cost Rs. 55,900 and Rs. 60,900, respectively.
