Lenovo launched the Yoga 300, a multi-mode Windows 8.1 laptop in India earlier today at Rs. 30,490. We got to check it out at the event. Here we bring you a closer look at the laptop.
The Lenovo Yoga 300 offers 360 degrees of flexibility and four modes – Laptop, Stand, Tent, and Tablet. The one in the image above is the Tent mode that makes it comfortable for watching video while resting the laptop on a desk with the keyboard out of the way.
It has a 11.6-inch (1366 x 768 pixels) 10-point multi-touch anti-glare display with 200 nits of brightness. The tablet is powered by a Intel Pentium N3540 Baytrail Processor (2M Cache, up to 2.66 GHz) and has Intel HD Graphics. It has 4GB DDR3 RAM and 500GB 7MM 5400RPM HDD. It supports up to 8GB DDR3L Memory and up to 1TB HDD. Above the display there is a 0.3MP HD webcam with Digital microphone.
The keyboard and touchpad are comfortable to use. It comes with McAfee Internet Security with 30-day free trial, Lenovo SHAREit, Lenovo Harmony and more apps.
The laptop measures 299 mm x 209 mm x 21.8 mm and weighs 1.39kg.
On the back there are two 1.5W stereo speakers with Dolby Home Theater certification.
On the left side there is a power connector, USB 2.0 slot, 4-in-1 card reader, a Audio combo jack with a mute button and volume rocker buttons.
On the right side there is a power button, a USB 2.0 slot, a USB 3.0 slot, HDMI-out and a RJ-45 port. It supports WiFi 802.11 b/g/n or a/c and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. It has a 2 Cell 30 Wh battery that promises up to 5 hours of battery life. The Lenovo Yoga 300 is now available across Lenovo Exclusive stores and thedostore.com in India.
