ARCHOS has just announced a brand new smartphone called the 50d Helium. Like their other products, the 50d Helium aims to provide high quality hardware at a budget friendly price point.
The smartphone has a 5 inch 720p IPS panel and is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor clocked in at 1.2GHz. It has 1GB of RAM and 16GB of memory that can be expanded using microSD cards.
There is a 13 Megapixel camera at the back and a 5 Megapixel camera at the front. It has dual-SIM support as well as 4G connectivity. It will come with Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box and will be powered by a non-removable 2100 mAH battery.
The device has a design that reminds us of the OnePlus One from the front and apparently the back panel will have a similar soft stone finish as well. The device will be available in Storm Blue and Stone Grey colours at a price of US$ 129 when it launches later this month.
