Elephone introduced the Elephone P8000 smartphone back in May, which will launch in India soon. We already brought you the unboxing and the photo gallery of the smartphone, here we have its benchmarks. It is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6753 64-bit processor that has eight ARM Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.30 GHz per core and 450MHz Mali-T720 MP2 GPU. It has 3GB RAM, 5.5-inch 1080p display and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop). Check out the synthetic benchmark scores.

It tops the Quadrant Benchmark by scoring 24089 points, better than the Mi 4i.
AnTuTu Benchmark 5
It managed to score 34003 points in the AnTuTu Benchmark 5 and grabs the fifth spot, behind the M4 Aqua Dual.
Vellamo 2.0 HTML5
It scored 1969 points in the Vellamo 2 HTML5 browser benchmark.
Vellamo 2.0 Metal
It scored 796 points and lies just behind the Xiaomi Mi 4i.
Linpack Single Thread
It managed to clock around 113.13 MFLOPS in the Linpack Single Thread benchmark.
Linpack Multi-Thread
It managed to clock around 271.16 MFLOPS in the Linpack Multi-Thread benchmark.
Geekbench 3 Single-Core
It managed to clock around 630 points in the Geekbench 3 Single-Core benchmark.
Geekbench 3 Multi-Core
It scored 2935 points in the Geekbench 3 Multi-Core benchmark and grabs the third spot.
NenaMark 2
It clocked 60.8 fps in the NenaMark 2 benchmark and grabs the third spot behind the Lenovo K3 Note.
3DMark Ice Storm Unlimited
It managed to score 6662 points in the 3DMark Ice Storm Unlimited GPU benchmark.
Basemark X 1.0 HD (Onscreen)
It managed to clock 5.35 fps in the Basemark X 1.0 OnScreen benchmark.
Basemark X 1.0 HD (Offscreen)
It managed to clock around 5.21 fps in the Basemark X 1.0 OffScreen benchmark.
Basemark OS II
It scored 817 points in the Basemark OS II benchmark. We could not run GFXBench tests since those crashed. These are synthetic benchmark scores, we will let you know the real-life experience in the complete review soon.
