Earlier this month there was a rumor that Samsung might be working on the Galaxy S7 Plus, S7 Edge and S7 Edge Plus smartphones, in addition to its Galaxy S7flagship smartphone. Now images of the cases for the Galaxy S7 and S7 Plus have surfaced, giving us a hint of the design of these smartphones. This reveals rectangular home button and raised rear camera sensor, but the overall design of these smartphones are expected to be similar to the Galaxy S6 series.
The volume rockers are present on the left, while the power button is located on the right. Micro USB port, 3.5mm headphone jack and the speaker grill are present on the bottom. The Galaxy S7 Plus is slightly wider and is expected to come with a larger display (5.7-inch or eve 6-inch). The S7 series are also rumored to come with a pressure-sensitive screen.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 820 processor and the other variant will likely be powered by Samsung’s latest Exynos 8 Octa 8890 SoC. More leaks of the Galaxy S7 are expected till it goes official at the Samsung Unpacked 2016 event at the MWC in Barcelona in February.
