Earlier this week an unnamed Xiaomi smartphone had surfaced that suggested it could be powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor. Now, another Xiaomi device has leaked and it is touted to be the Mi Note 2.
As per the leak, the Mi Note 2 will sport a 5.7 inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display similar to the Mi Note Pro. It could be powered by either a Snapdragon 820 or Snapdragon 823 processor and will come in 4GB or 6GB RAM with 32/64/128GB storage options. However, it is speculated that a 256GB variant is also in the works. The phone is said to come with 3D Force touch capabilities.
There is a 16-megapixel rear camera (Sony’s IMX295 sensor) with OIS and a 5-megapixel front camera. The phone is said to have a 3,600mAh battery with support for 18W Quick Charging. The Mi Note 2 will have a metal body design. It is expected that the phone will be priced at around 2999 yuan ($465 approx/ Rs 30,740 approx.).
