Samsung Galaxy Note 6 could feature USB Type-C

We have already seen a couple of leaks about features and specifications of Samsung Galaxy Note 6. Now a new report is suggesting that the device will sport USB Type-C.

At the moment it is not known if it will adopt USB 3.1 that supports supports HDMI on top of fast charging or an older standard. Previous rumors had suggested that the Note 6 could be dust and water resistance similar to flagships Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. as well as an iris scanner for authentication. Along with the USB Type C, it is speculated that Samsung will release a new Gear VR headset. The current version of the Gear VR comes with a microUSB port, so the next generation VR headset could feature a USB Type-C port.

According to earlier reports, the Note 6 is expected to come with a 5.8-inch QHD curved display, 6GB RAM, 4000mAh battery. It could sport 12-megapixel Dual Pixel camera used in the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge smartphones with IR autofocus. Samsung Galaxy Note 6 which is codenamed as Grace might go official in July.
