Moto G4 Plus, the company’s latest smartphone in the G series was launched in India recently starting at Rs. 13,499, exclusively on Amazon.in. We already brought you the unboxing and photo gallery of the smartphone, here we have the benchmarks.
Even though CPU-Z shows it as Snapdragon 615, the Moto G4 Plus is actually powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 64-bit processor that has four ARM Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.52 GHz per core and other four Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.21 GHz per core, faster than the Snapdragon 615. It has Adreno 405 GPU. It has a 3GB of RAM, 5.5-inch 1080p display and runs on Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow). Check out the synthetic benchmark scores below.

It managed to score 1457 points in the Vellamo 3.1 MultiCore benchmark.
Geekbench 3 Single-Core
It scored 720 points in the Geekbench 3 Single-Core benchmark.
Geekbench 3 Multi-Core
It scored 3123 points in the Geekbench 3 Multi-Core benchmark.
GFXBench 2.7 T-Rex (On screen)
It clocked 970.5 frames or 16 fps in the GFXBench 2.7 T-Rex OnScreen benchmark.
GFXBench 3.0 Manhattan (On screen)
It managed to clock 421.9 frames or 7fps in GFXBench 3.0 Manhattan OnScreen benchmark.
3DMark Ice Storm Unlimited
It scored 9833 points in the 3DMark Ice Storm Unlimited GPU benchmark and grabbed third spot.
Basemark X 1.1
It scored 11766 points and grabbed the third spot in the Basemark X 1.1 GPU benchmark.
Basemark OS II
It scored 1142 points and lies behind the Redmi Note 3 (Pro) and Galaxy J7 (2016) in the Basemark OS II benchmark.
