Samsung could launch Gear S3 in India in January 2017

Samsung had announced Gear S3 smartwatch at the IFA 2016 in Berlin in August this year. According to a latest report from SamMobile, the company is expected to release the smartwatch in India next year.

Samsung’s Gear S3 classic and Gear S3 frontier smartwatches are already available in the US, UK and other international markets. Both these have a 1.3-inch (360×360 pixels) Circular Super AMOLED Always On Display with the latest Corning Gorilla Glass SR+ protection and has rotating bezel. These run Tizen- Based Wearable Platform 2.3.2. The Gear S3 frontier includes LTE connectivity and offers a rugged outdoor look, while the Gear S3 classic offers minimalist, elegant look.

There is no word on the exact launch date of the Gear S3 line of smartwatches from the company yet.
