At CES 2017, Casio unveiled its second product under its Smart Outdoor Watch category dubbed as WSD-F20 with water resistance. The successor of WSD-F10 features low-power GPS and new color map functionality that can be used offline as well.
The WSD-F20 runs on Android Wear 2.0 and comes with new Location Memory app that enables users to customize maps by adding markers and text. Talking about the design, it comes with button guards, a protective bezel, and side buttons of varying sizes. Further, the low power GPS can be used to track the current location of the user without pairing any smartphones.
Also, the company has developed various original apps to make the most out of it during outdoor activities and adventures. Some include — Location memory, Activity, Moment setter and other utility apps that provide real-time information about changes in the natural environment and the user’s activity levels.
