Huawei smartphones with model numbers PIC-AL00, PIC-TL00, BAC-AL00 and BAC-TL00 have been certified by TENAA in China. These are expected to be Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus, successors of Nova and Nova Plus smartphones that were unveiled last year. The image shows the phones in Rose Gold colors with 2.5D curved glass display, unibody metal design, dual rear cameras and a fingerprint sensor on the back. There is Huawei branding on the front, below the display.
Even though the certification site doesn’t reveal any specifications, the Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus 2 expected to come with 5.1-inch and 5.5-inch 1080p displays, powered by Kirin 660 SoCs, pack 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, 12-megapixel dual rear cameras and 8-megapixel front-facing cameras. The Nova 2 is expected to pack 3000mAh battery and the Nova 2 Plus could come with 3300mAh battery.
These smartphone are expected to be introduce on May 26. We should get an invite for the event soon.
