The OPPO F3 packs a 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass display, slightly smaller than the 6-inch display on the F3 Plus. It is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750T 64-bit processor and has 4GB of RAM. Running on the Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) with ColorOS 3.0, it has a fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button on the front, below the display. The solid-state fingerprint sensor is quick to unlock the phone and can also detect your fingerprints even if it is moist.
It has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with 1/3.1-inch sensor and f/2.0 aperture along with an 8-megapixel secondary front camera with 120-degree wide-angle lens for capturing better group selfies, similar to the OPPO F3 Plus.
Unlike the Hybrid dual SIM slot on the F3 Plus, the OPPO F3 has dedicated dual nano SIM slots and a microSD card slot.
It has a unibody metal design, similar to the F3 Plus and is just 7.3mm thick. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash. It has a 3200mAh battery so it weighs just 153 grams. It has the usual set of connectivity features and also has 4G LTE support with VoLTE for Reliance Jio.
The OPPO F3 also comes in Rose Gold color and is priced at Rs. 19,990. It is now available for pre-order exclusively from Flipkart as well as offline stores and goes on sale from May 13th.
