Samsung has announced Galaxy J3 (2017), the company’s latest budget smartphone in the U.S. for AT&T. It was introduced as Galaxy S3 Emerge for Sprint earlier this year and packs a 5-inch HD display, is powered by a quad-core Exynos 7570 14nm processor, has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) compared to Marshmallow on the Sprint version.
