Asus has announced a ASUS ZenBook Pro UX550 at the ongoing Computex 2017 in Taipei. The new UX550 ultrabook sports an all-aluminum unibody design and diamond cut edges that offers it a premium look. It is just 18.9 mm thin weighs only 1.8 kg.
The ZenBook Pro UX550 features a 15.6-inch 4K UHD NanoEdge display that has a slim 7.3mm bezel and is powered by 7th Generation Intel Core i7-7700HQ quad-core processor. Equipped by Windows 10, It comes with NVIDIA GeForce GTX1050 Ti graphics, a 1TB PCIe x4 SSD and 16GB DDR4 RAM. The device sports quad-speaker Harman Kardon surround-sound audio and a fingerprint sensor for quick and secure one-touch login with Windows Hello.
It has two USB Type-C ports with Thunderbolt 3, two USB Type-A 3.1 ports, microSD card reader, full-sized HDMI 1.4 and a 3.5 mm audio jack. Asus claims the battery will last with about 14 hours of life, and if you run out, you can quickly get back up to 60 percent charge in just 49 minutes.
The Asus ZenBook Pro starts from USD$1,299, and will be available this summer.
