Update: Samsung has officially introduced the smartphone in China that details the specifications of the smartphone and it has changed the pricing.
Earlier: Samsung has started pre-bookings for the Galaxy A9 Star and Galaxy A9 Star Lite smartphone in China, after rumors. The Galaxy A9 Star has a 6.28-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display, is powered by Snapdragon 660, has a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a secondary 24-megapixel rear camera. It has a fingerprint sensor on the back and packs a 3700mAh battery.
The Galaxy A9 Star Lite is the same Galaxy A6+ that was introduced recently.

The Samsung Galaxy A9 Star comes in Black and White colors and is priced at 2999 yuan (US$ 468 / Rs. 31,620 approx.) . The A9 Star Lite comes in Black and Blue colors and is priced at 1999 yuan (US$ 312 / Rs. 21,075 approx.). Both the phones are available for pre-order through Samsung online store in China till June 14th and goes on sale from June 15th.
