Motorola has announced Droid Razr M for Verizon Wireless. It has a edge-to-edge 4.3-inch (960 x 540 pixels) Super AMOLED Advanced display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by 1.5 GHz dual-core processor. It runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich that is upgradeable to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean by end of 2012. It comes with an 8MP camera with LED flash and 1080p HD recording and a VGA front-facing camera with 720p HD video video recording. It has DuPont Kevlar fiber at the back and supports 4G LTE networks.
It also comes with SMARTACTIONS app that lets you setup tasks based on time and location and Android Beam that lets you send contacts, links, maps and more directly to compatible phones.
It has 1 GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, microSD card slot to expand the memory up to 32GB. The connectivity features include, 4G LTE / HSPA+ 21 Mbps, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS / aGPS, NFC. It has 2000 mAh battery.
The Motorola Droid Razr M is now on pre-order from Verizon and would be available on September 13th for $99.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new 2-year customer agreement. The has also announced the global variant Motorola Razr M that would be available in Black, and White colors.
