Foursquare for Android has been updated (v 2012.09.25) that brings new features including a new filter in the friends tab that only shows nearby friend checkins, social history for venue page that shows friend’s likes or dislikes and number of visits. The Foursquare app for Android got a major update in June with new UI and features.
New features in Foursquare for Android
- New filter in the friends tab to see only nearby checkins.
- Social history in venue page to see if your friends have visited a venue, whether they liked or disliked the venue and number of time they visited the venue
- A new me card design at the top of the friends tab
