Asus announced few months back that the Nexus 7 would be available in India in November. Asus has now confirmed to us that the Nexus 7 would go sale in India from tomorrow at an MRP of Rs. 19,999. Google announced the Nexus 7, their first Android tablet with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) in June at Google I/O for $199. Google unveiled the 32GB and a 3G variants of the Nexus 7 few weeks back.
Nexus 7 has a 7-inch (1280×800 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor with a 12 core GPU. It has a 1.2MP front-facing camera and comes with 1 GB RAM, 16GB of internal memory, NFC, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and a 4325 mAh battery.
