Samsung has mastered the art of using plastic to keep costs low, while adding powerful internals to provide a smooth experience. This is evident in the hardware design which is pretty similar to the Galaxy S3 but the plastic looks slightly different and textured under light. The S4 looks pretty similar to the S3 by virtue of design but the internals have gotten a huge boost. You can read about the differences between the S4 and S3 here.
There is support for the fastest 802.11 AC WiFi networks and sensors for even Temperature & Humidity.
Samsung has decided to bundle countless software features on the S4 and many of those features seem useful, but TouchWiz does seem to overshadow the Android experience. Features like Smart Scroll, Air View, Air Gesture are worth a mention. That said, the Galaxy S4 might turn out be the smartphone to watch out for, in 2013. Price and availability details are still not out, but launch in major markets is expected in April/May.
