Huawei has officially launched the Ascend G510 and the Ascend Y300 Android smartphones in India. Both these smartphones went on sale online last week. The Huawei Ascend G510 has a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen IPS display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. The Huawei Ascend Y300 has a 4.0-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen IPS display, powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor. Both these phones run on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) with Emotion UI that also features a Smart Tutorial that offers comprehensive assistance to help entry-level users to learn and get the most out of their smartphone.
