Press image of the Huawei Ascend W2 has surfaced online. The phone appeared on a Chinese forum last year and specs of the phone appeared last month. The Huawei Ascend W1, the company’s first Windows Phone 8 device leaked last October, which as unveiled at the CES 2013 earlier this year. It is yet to release in India, looks like the company would unveil its successor with high-end specs soon.
According to the earlier rumors the phone is expected to sport a 4.3-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display, powered by a dual-core Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.5 and 1GB of RAM. It would come with a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and with 1080p full HD video recording, the usual connectivity features such as 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and a 2000 mAh battery (non-removable).
It is expected to come in various colors similar to the Ascend W1. No details about the internal or the external storage. Hope we can expect the phone at the CommunicAsia 2013 in Singapore next month.
