HTC recently announced the Butterfly S which is the successor to their first full HD device. The phone has a 5 inch display and a polycarbonate body unlike the unibody metal design of the One. We’ve spent some time with the handset and while we work on a hands on post with our impressions, here’s a quick gallery for your perusal.
The front of the phone has a 5 inch full HD display and three capacitive buttons at the bottom. BoomSound speakers from the HTC One make an appearance here and are just as good as on the original. A wide angle 2.1 MP camera is located above the display.
The phone ships in grey, red and white colors and only the backpanel varies. The high gloss back of the phone features prominent Beats Audio branding at the bottom while the top of the phone sports the UltraPixel camera with an LED flash.
The top of the phone includes a 3.5mm audio and an iR blaster that also doubles as the power key. Right next to it, hidden under a flap, is the micro SIM tray as well as a microSD card slot. Check out the rest of the image gallery below and do let us know if you have any queries!
