LG announced their flagship smartphone, G2, nearly a month back and the Moto X was announced just before it and is already available while the LG G2 is yet to be available. LG G2 is equipped with top of the shelf features like a monstrous Quad-core Snapdragon 800 SoC and a Full HD 1080p display while the Moto X is a lot more subtle with a dual-core processor and a 720p display. Check out a quick comparison video of the two just right below.

The first thing you would notice is that the LG G2 has a bigger 5.2 Full HD Tru IPS display when compared against the 4.7inch HD AMOLED display on the Moto X. Both the display are very good although the G2 has better sharpness and more truer colors. LG G2 has its power lock on the back of the device below the camera while the Moto X follows convention and has it on the right side. The build quality is different and both the devices feel quite solid.
LG G2 is powered by a 2.26GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 800SoC, has 2GB RAM and Adreno 330 while the Moto X has a 1.7GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Pro SoC, 2GB RAM and Adreno 320. Both the phones are pretty snappy and performance is blazing fast. G2 has a 13MP camera at the back with OIS while Moto X has a 10MP camera at the back and both the phones have a 2MP camera at the front. G2 runs on Android 4.2.2 Jellybean with a lot of customization from LG while the Moto X runs on a near stock Android 4.2.2 Jellybean. LG G2 has a much bigger 3000mAh battery when compared to the 2200mAh battery on the Moto X.
What do you think of the two phones? Which one do you prefer?
