Samsung Galaxy S 3 Neo (GT-I9300I) with dual SIM support would launch in India soon for Rs. 24,900 reports Mahesh Telecom. It went official in China earlier this year and looks similar to the Galaxy S3. It has a 4.8-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD Super AMOLED display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and has 1.5GB RAM, compared to 1GB RAM on the Galaxy S3.
It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera. Dimensions of the phone are similar to the Galaxy S3. It has IR LED, similar to the Galaxy Mega 6.3, but lacks NFC.
