With every flagship device, HTC also brings a revamped version of it’s own Sense UI that build upon the core Android interface. Now in it’s sixth generation, the interface is almost the perfect balance between the minimalism of stock Android and additional features, UI elements brought forth by HTC.
This interface debuted on the just launched HTC One (M8) but as expected, last year’s flagship ie the HTC One will also be getting it via an upgrade. Jason Mackenzie, President of HTC USA, has gone on record to state that the update will be available by the end of May. Going by previous roll outs, users in other markets should expect it even earlier. It is also safe to assume that additional devices in the One series like the One Max too should expect to get the next generation interface that brings an enhanced version of Blinkfeed.
Reminder that Sense 6 will push to current HTC One users by end of May. #htcadvantage

Sense 6.0 brings with it a range of new features and a number of redesigned applications. The updated Gallery, Music Player app definitely stand out amongst other features that build upon some of the new APIs found in KitKat. We’ll be talking a lot more about Sense 6 in our HTC One M8 review.
