Nokia Lumia 630 and Lumia 630 Dual SIM, the company’s latest handsets in the Lumia series has been launched in India. These smartphones were announced last month and packs a 4.5-inch FWVGA ClearBlack IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and runs on Windows Phone 8.1. These have a 5-megapixel rear camera with 720p HD video recording and support for a range of camera apps, including Nokia Camera.
Windows Phone 8.1 also introduced dual SIM support and the Lumia 630 Dual SIM is the first dual SIM Windows Phone handset. It has Smart Dual SIM that offers call waiting and call forwarding between two SIM cards. Both these have a large 1830 mAh battery. Other features include, 512MB RAM, 8GB of internal memory and a micro SD card slot to expand the memory up to 128GB.
The Nokia Lumia 630 Dual SIM is priced at Rs. 11,500 and would go on sale across India starting from May 16th. The Single SIM variant, Lumia 630 would be available later this month. Both these phones come with 1GB of 3G/2G dat a for Vodafone customers for 2 months, 2 months BoxTV subscription and Rs. 2000 worth Flipkart eBooks.
