Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime (SM-G906L) has appeared on the Bluetooth SIG website and seems to have passed the Bluetooth certification. The Korean variant of the Galaxy S5 Prime (SM-G906K) appeared briefly on the official Korean website recently and another variant, SM-G906S appeared on a Hong Kong retail site few days back. All these have been listed on the Bluetooth SIG database.

According to @evleaks the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime would be launched in Korea in black, white, gold, blue, and sweet pink colors. The Bluetooth SIG listing doesn’t reveal any other specs, but according to earlier rumors, the S5 Prime would come with a 5.2-inch (2560 × 1440 pixels) WQHD AMOLED display, powered by Snapdragon 805 / Exynos SoCs, 3GB RAM, 16-megapixel camera, Android 4.4.3 and with LTE-A support in markets like Korea.

In addition to the S5 Prime, the Galaxy S5 Google Play edition (SM-G900) has also appeared on Bluetooth SIG database. The Galaxy S5 Google Play edition appeared briefly on Google Play Store earlier this month before it was removed. HTC released the Google Play Edition of the One M8 along with the standard version, but Samsung is yet to release GPe version of the Galaxy S5.

Since it has received the Bluetooth certification, hope we can expect Samsung to announce it at the Galaxy Premier 2014 event next month.
