LG releases QCircle SDK for G3 QuickCircle Case

 

LG released the QuickCircle Case for the LG G3 already of its official launch. Today the company has released QCircle Software Development Kit (SDK) that would let developers create their own QCircle apps for the LG G3, as promised. This enables the  the case to be directly accessed from a window cut-out on cover, run in QuickCircle window and can the app can be switched to the full screen when the cover is open.

Features of LG QCircle SDK

  • Recognizing the current state of the front cover state, open or closed
  • Running an application in the QuickCircle window
  • Providing the QuickCircle window information for customizing application layout

LG has already partnered with several app developers app to bring new apps for the quick-circle case. The QuickCircle case lets you control music, attend phone calls, read text messages, use LG Health, launch the camera, view time and more. LG would offer a walkthrough of the new SDK features at its second annual LG Developer event on June 24th during Google I/O. It would also show off the QCircle, QSlide Function and QRemote at the event.

Developers can download the QCircle SDK from the official LG Developers website.
