Twitter has finally updated its Windows Phone app with some enhancements related to photos. The micro blogging site has updated the app nearly after seven months as it was last updated in November 2013.
Users can now upload multiple photos to a single tweet however, GIF support is still not added to the app which is quiet a bummer. The update also adds the ability to reply, favorite and retweet from users timeline. In addition preview of the shared content like vine videos, images, etc are now visible in the timeline.
In addition, users can tag their friends in photos and start a conversation and also share photos via direct message. Minor tweaks to the UI is also seen as Twitter has increased the header size which now looks huge and disproportionate. Twitter has been putting more focus on Android and iPhone apps for a long time and had ignored the Windows app.
