What the hell is the Nexus One ? Is Google launching its own spaceship as the world is going to end in 2012 ? Are they giving tickets only to Gmail users ?
Well the world is not going to end that soon. So Google has decided to sell its own Android phone called the Nexus One. Its not a normal phone. Its a Superphone meaning you can do really super things which you have never done before on your phone like checking email, taking photos , browsing the web etc. You can make calls too and install apps from the Android Market. You will need a gmail account to purchase this device and activate it.
Whats so cool about it ?
Its a Superphone and it runs Android 2.1 software.
What do the specs look like ?

I just bought the Moto Droid and now I’m feeling cheated that Nexus One is out
Moto CEO , Sanjay Jha confirmed that the Droid will be getting the same software the Nexus One runs. And you gotta be happy you got a free QWERTY keypad on your Droid. The Nexus one has only the screen.
And now the good news. Nexus one will arrive on Verizon soon making your Droid really old.
Is it unlocked ?
If you make a outright purchase then yes . Even on a contract its unlocked . But CDMA Version will work only on Verizon.
How much does it cost ?
Its free if you are a member of the press and were present in Google’s HQ in Mountain View on Jan 5th 2010 at 10:10am
