Facebook has updated Messenger for Windows Phone with video sharing and video playback feature. This will enables users to send photos and videos with a single tap from the app.
The version 6.0 lets you watch the videos directly from within the app itself. Users can now easily send stickers from the app as a new tab has been added that displays recently used stickers. Finally, the app adds some performance update and bug fixes to make it fast and more reliable.
Facebook Messenger for Windows was last updated in June with easy photo sharing features. Yesterday, Facebook announced users to download the standalone Messenger as it will soon kill the messaging feature from its main app. The social network has been updating the Messenger app on Android and iPhone for quiet some time now. However, the Windows Phone app has been gradually getting these important features as it has been launched only recently in March.
