Yesterday Xiaomi sold 15,000 units of Mi3 smartphones in just two seconds. They received about 1,50,000 registrations for yesterday’s sale. Today the company has announced that it would sell 20,000 units of the Mi3 smartphone on 12th August, which is their fourth batch of sale in India. Last week the company said that it sold 20,000 units of Mi3s in first two sales, so totally the company has sold 35,000 units so far, including the third sale.
Registrations for next week’s sale started yesterday at 6PM. Over 75,000 users have registered for the next week’s sale in just 24 hours, said Xiaomi. Just like last time, users who have registered for last week’s sale, but missed out should register again to get into next week’s sale. It recommends that users should be logged in 2 to 3 hrs before the sale begins at 2 PM on August 12th.
