Kobian has launched the mTAB Star M830G, a new tablet in the mTab series. It has a 7-inch ( 800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touchscreen, powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean), upgradable to Android 4.4 (KitKat). It has a 2-megapixel pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It has Dual SIM support, 3G data connectivity and voice calling.
The Mercury mTAB Star that was launched last year had 512MB RAM and 4GB of internal storage, this has 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage, along with expansion slot.
