Lava Iris 400Q, the latest budget smartphone in Lava Iris Q series is now available from Homeshop18. It has almost similar specifications as the Iris 406Q that was launched back in April, including a 4-inch WVGA display, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera and dual SIM support, but this runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) out of the box.
