Acer launched the Tab 7 earlier in April this year and we got our hands on the device at the IFA, Berlin event. The budget tablet is 8.95mm thin and weighing 330g. The entire tablet is made of plastic but has a brushed aluminum like matte finish at the back.

The Acer Iconia Tab 7 A1-713HD comes with a 7-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) IPS anti-fingerprint display. Front panel of the tablet is glossy which makes it prone to finger prints and reflective viewing angels. At the front .there is a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera.
It has Acer logo at the bottom and three on screen buttons but no physical one.
The tablet has the power button and volume rockers on the right side.
The 5MP camera is situated at the back with no LED flash.
While loud speaker grills are seen at the bottom.
The Acer Iconia Tab 7 is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8382 processor and runs on Android KitKat 4.4. It comes with 3G support via SIM card slot and has anodized silver finish. The The Acer Iconia Tab 7 would go on sale in Europe, Middle East and Africa in middle of May starting at 149 Euros (Rs. 12400 approx).
