Acer Iconia One 7 B1 730HD Hands On and Photo Gallery

Acer announced the Iconia One 7 tablet in April and it launched in India in August. We got our hands on the tablet at IFA, Berlin and here is the quick look at the tablet. The low end tablet from Acer sports a 7 inch (1280 × 800 pixels) HD display.

Being a low end device, the tablet does not have the Zero Gap panel unlike other Acer devices and hence has an average display. At the front can see the 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera with wide angel.

The tablet has no physical buttons and three on screen buttons below.

It is entirely made out of plastic and does not has the matte alumimium finish to it.

On the right side the tablet has power button, volume rockers and the the micro SD card slot.

The tablet comes with a unique textured back panel which is not seen on other budget tablets. The 5 MP camera is situated at the top back without LED flash.

While, the loud speaker grills are seen below.

The Acer Iconia Tab One 7 B1 is powered by a 1.6 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 with PowerVR SGX544 GPU and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS that is upgradeable to Android 4.4 (KitKat). It has 1GB RAM, comes in 8GB and 16GB variants and the expandable storage is upto 32GB. It packs a 3700 mAh battery that promises up to 7 hours battery life with continuous 720p HD playback.

The Acer Iconia One 7 (B1-730HD) comes in black color and is priced at Rs. 8,499.
