Acer Iconia Tab 10 A3-A20 Hands On and Photo Gallery

Acer launched Acer Iconia Tab 10 A3-A20 at IFA, Berlin 2014. The tablet has a 10.1 inch Full HD screen and is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor. One of the unique features of the tablet is its zero glass panel which keeps no gap between the front panel and the digitizer.

The tablet’s zero glass panel technology makes the tablet more responsive and improves display with bright colors. It is encased in a complete plastic body and runs on Android KitKat 4.4. There is a 1GB RAM, 16GB / 32GB internal memory, expandable memory with microSD.

Although, the tablet has a plastic body it has an aluminium like finish which looks good. It also has loud speakers at the bottom back.

At the back the tablet has a 5-megapixel rear camera without flash.

The left side of the tablet has power button, mini HDMI port, micro USB port. Also, seen is 3.5mm audio jack and a micro SD card slot.

The volume rockers are situated at the top along with the microphone port.

At the front the tablet has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera and it has on screen touch buttons. Other features of the tablet is that it has two built-in speakers and Dolby Digital Plus for a surround-sound experience by converting two-channel stereo audio into 5.1 channels over stereo headphones, enhancing dialogue intelligibility, reducing background noise, and maximizing volume across all applications.

The Acer Iconia Tab 10 A3-A20 comes in Black and White colors and would go on sale in September in the U.S. at a starting price of US$199.
