New Motorola Moto G Benchmarks

Motorola launched the new Moto G in India earlier this month. Here are the benchmarks of the smartphone. It is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 400 (MSM8226) ARM Cortex-A7 processor clocked at 1.19 GHz with Adreno 305 GPU and 1GB RAM, same as the first Moto G. It has a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) display and runs on Android 4.4.4 (KitKat). Let’s find out how the new Moto G performs in range of synthetic benchmark tests.

Quadrant Benchmark

It managed to score 9232 points in the Quadrant benchmark and lies behind the Redmi 1S.

AnTuTu Benchmark 4

It managed to score 17159 points in the AnTuTu Benchmark 4.

Vellamo 2 HTML5

It managed to score just 1515 points in the Vellamo 2 HTML5 browser benchmark.

Vellamo 2 Metal

It managed to score just 527 points in the Vellamo 2 Metal CPU subsystem performance test and lies behind last year’s Moto G.

Linpack Single Thread

It clocked around 81.3 MFLOPS in the Linpack single thread benchmark, almost similar to the first Moto G.

Linpack Multi-Thread

Again it scores almost similar to the first Moto G in the Linpack multi-thread benchmark by clocking around 205.4 MFLOPS.

NenaMark 2

It managed to clock 57.5 fps in the NenaMark 2 GPU benchmark and lies behind the Moto G.

GFXBench 2.7 T-Rex (On screen)

It clocked 10.8 fos in (On screen) OnScreen benchmark.

Basemark X 1.0 HD (Onscreen)

The new Moto G managed to clock around 7.3 fps in the Basemark X 1.0 OnScreen benchmark.

Basemark X 1.0 HD (Offscreen)

It managed to score around 2.9 fps in the Basemark X 1.0  OnScreen benchmark.

Basemark OS II
