Earlier this week, Google launched Android One smartphones in India. One of the phones from this ambitious initiative is Spice Dream UNO. Priced at Rs 6,299, it is the first Android One smartphone from the company. We have already brought you the unboxing and first impression of the phone and the benchmarks, now here is a photo gallery.
The Spice Dream UNO Mi-498 sports a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor with Mali-400 GPU.
At the front the phone has a 2 megapixel camera and a circular earpiece that is similar to the Nexus 5. It has the usual set of sensors and also has an LED notification light.
The phone has three on screen buttons for home, back and menu.
At the top the phone has a 3.5mm audio jack.
While the bottom has a micro USB port.
The power and volume rocker buttons are situated on the right side of the device.
The phone is 9.5mm thick and the rear back cover of the phone has the Spice branding in the middle and Android One branding at the end. It has a circular loudspeaker grill.
At the back the phone has a 5-megapixel camera with a single LED flash.
The phone comes with removable back cover.
As the Spice Dream UNO is a dual SIM phone it has two micro SIM card slots next to each other and the expandable micro SD card is also next to the SIM card slots.
Along with the removable back cover the phone’s 1700 mAh battery is also removable.
Running on Android KitKat 4.4, the phone has 1GB RAM, 4GB internal memory, 32GB expandable memory with microSD.
The Spice Android One Dream UNO Mi-498 comes in black and white colors and is priced at Rs. 6,299. It is exclusively available for purchase from Flipkart with several freebies and would be available from retail stores across India in October.
