Xiaomi introduced the Redmi Note in India back in July priced at Rs. 9,999, but it is yet to go on sale in the country. We brought you the unboxing of the smartphone recently, here we have the benchmarks. It is powered by a 1.66 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592 processor which has 8 ARM Cortex-A7 CPUs and is based on 28nm HPM and has Mali 450-MP4 GPU and has 2GB RAM. It comes with a 5.5-inch HD display and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) based MIUI v5 ROM. Let us check out the synthetic benchmark scores.

It scored 14244 points in the Quadrant benchmark.
AnTuTu Benchmark 4
It scored 27874 points in the AnTuTu 4 benchmark and grabs the third spot.

It managed to score 1833 points in the Vellamo 2 HTML5 browser benchmark.

It scored 666 points in the Vellamo 2 Metal CPU Subsystem performance test.
Linpack Single Thread
It clocked around 142.3 MFLOPS in the Linpack single thread benchmark.
Linpack Multi-Thread
It clocked around 321.8 MFLOPS and grabs the third spot in the Linpack Multi-Thread benchmark.
NenaMark 2
It clocked 61.4 fps in the NenaMark 2 GPU benchmark.
GFXBench 2.7 T-Rex (On screen)
It managed to clock 13.3 fps in the GFXBench 2.7 T-Rex OnScreen benchmark.
Basemark X 1.0 HD (Onscreen)
It managed to clock around 6.9 fps in the Basemark X 1.0 OnScreen benchmark.
Basemark X 1.0 HD (Offscreen)
In the Basemark X 1.0 OffScreen benchmark, the Redmi Note managed to clock just 3.932 fps.
Basemark OS II
