Alcatel OneTouch has launched the Alcatel Onetouch Fire C smartphone running Firefox OS in India. It was introduced earlier this year at the MWC and packs a 3.5-inch HVGA screen, powered by a 1GHz processor and a 1.3-megapixel rear camera. It has 2G (EDGE) connectivity and Dual SIM support. It is exclusively being launched on Flipkart. Spice and Intex launched their budget Firefox OS smartphones recently.
The Firefox OS is based on HTML5, has Adaptive App Search or the Single Window Search and comes pre-loaded with Facebook, Twitter and more apps. It also has Firefox marketplace to download more apps. It supports Indian languages like English, Bangla, Tamil and Hindi.

The Alcatel OneTouch Fire C comes in Blueish Black and Dark Chocolate colors and is priced at Rs. 1,990.
