The Lumia 930 has a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) full HD ClearBlack AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. There are bezels around the display. It runs on Windows Phone 8.1 OS. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with Adreno 330 GPU. The smartphone is 9.8 mm thick and weighs 167 grams.
It has a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera next to the earpiece. It has a wide angle lens, f/2.4 aperture and HD video recording.
Even though some of the latest Lumia smartphones have on-screen buttons, the Lumia 930 has capacitive touch buttons below the display.
It has brushed metal finish on the sides. The 3.5mm audio jack is present on the top, along with a SIM card slot.
The nano SIM tray needs to be removed to insert the SIM card.
The Lumia 930 comes in eye-catching colors,similar to other Lumia handsets. Here we have the bright green color variant. It also comes in Orange, White and Black colors.
It has a 20-megapixel autofocus rear camera with new oversampling technology, ZEISS optics with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and dual LED flash.
The Lumia 930 has Nokia Rich Recording with four microphones and has Surround Sound capabilities.
The volume rockers and the power button are present on the right side along with a dedicated camera key.
It has 3G HSPA+ up to 41Mbps, WiFi (2.4/5GHz) a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS with Glonass and NFC. Under the back cover the is a 2420 mAh battery. It supports Qi compatible wireless charging support.
