Fitbit has introduced three new fitness products, the Fitbit Surge smartwatch with a large LCD Touch screen display, new Charge and Charge HR fitness bands. All these offer wireless syncing, automatic sleep tracking, silent alarm and of course, activity tracking. The Fitbit Surge and Charge HR devices offer continuous and automatic wrist-based PurePulse heart rate monitoring. The PurePulse uses safe LED lights to detect blood volume changes right on the wrist to deliver heart rate monitoring 24/7.

The Fitbit Surge looks like a smartwatch and offers Caller ID, notifications and music controls once connected to a smartphone.It has Eight sensors—3-axis accelerometers, gyroscope, compass, ambient light sensor, GPS and heart rate sensor. The built-in GPS offer stats like pace, distance, elevation, split times, route history and workout summaries. It promises up to 7 days of battery life
The Fitbit Charge and the Charge HQ offer incoming call notifications on the OLED screen. The Fitbit Charge would offer up to 7 days of battery life and the Charge HQ promises up to 5 days of battery life. The Fitbit Charge is immediately available in the U.S. for $129.95 in black and slate colors, with blue and burgundy coming soon.
The Fitbit Charge HQ comes in black, plum, blue and tangerine colors and is priced at $149.95. The Fitbit Surge comes in black blue and tangerine colors and is priced at $249.95. Both these would be available in the U.S. in early 2015.
