Samsung launched its Gear S Smartwatch with built-in SIM card slot in India last month for Rs. 28,900. Now Samsung has started taking pre-orders for the smartwatch in India on their official eStore. The Gear S has a 2-inch (360 x 480 pixels) curved Super AMOLED display, comes with a 1GHz dual-core processor and enables you to interdependently make and receive calls, without connecting to a device and also offers 3G support.

It has IP67 certification for dust and water-resistant and connects to the devices using Bluetooth 4.1 LE. It comes with a Heart Rate sensor to monitor your heart rate easily and packs a 300mAh Li-ion battery that promises up to 2 days of battery life.

The Samsung Gear S comes in Blue, Black and White colors and is priced at Rs. 28,900 (MOP) in India. You can pre-order it by paying Rs. 1000 to get an electronic pre-book coupon. You can use it to adjust from the final price while buying it from the eStore when it goes on sale later this week. It will be delivered in 3 to 5 business days once the order is complete. Samsung says that you need to purchase the smartwatch by November 10th , otherwise the pre-booking amount will not be refunded.
