Google Drive for iOS gets Touch ID support, video downloading and more

Google has updated Drive for iPhone and iPad with a couple of iO8 specific features. Users can now open files from Drive, and save back to Drive from other apps on your device if you’re using iOS 8.

The version 3.3.0 secures the Drive app with Touch ID support that will unlock the app with a fingerprint scanner. Drive app has also been optimized for the large screens on iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Finally, users can now save videos from Google Drive to your device’s camera roll.
